In this 100% unbiased and detailed review (I am NOT paid to write this), I will share my purchase and return experience, my thoughts on their clothing, and my observations and research regarding their brand and website. Keep reading for more!
My First Impression Of Roselinlin
I am always on the hunt for scams, and it is in my nature to be skeptical UNTIL I’m proven wrong. Here are some notable red flags I’ve come across after digging around their site:
- I see a few emojis in their category titles and a floating animated emoji on the left side of the screen.
- Their discount pop-up is plain, and the font is inconsistent.
- I am shown multiple pop-ups before scrolling down the homepage.
- Their product titles are keyword-stuffed.
- Many of their product images look Photoshopped and low-quality.
- Their About page has images of text rather than actual text.
- I see lots of poorly written English. For example, “Each linen clothing is carefully designed…”
There are many more red flags that I left out and undoubtedly missed. This is just my initial overview of the shop’s website – keep scrolling for a deeper dive!

Roselinlin Clothing Review
I ordered the below items on 10/23/2023 to my address in North Carolina (United States). I paid a total of $148.26 to Elf fashion via PayPal. The charge appears on my credit card statement as “PAYPAL *ELF FAS3DL8”.
1) Sleeveless Denim Floral-Print One-Piece
Brand or Supplier Label: MISSLOOK
Color/Size/Cost: Blue / S / $31.84
Country: Made in China
Material: denim
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they are the right size. View my Body Measurements size reference.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is mediocre. Although the screen-printed flowers feel fairly durable, they feel very stiff on the skin, the material feels thin and flimsy, the zipper is too high and short, the metal clasps on the straps are cheap and hard to use, the buttons on the chest are off-center, and I see loose threads and poorly sewn areas all over. Value: They are NOT worth the price I paid.
2) Casual Regular-Fit Denim Pants

Color/Size/Cost: Blue / L / $31.84
Country: Made in China
Material: 80% cotton / 20% polyester
Fit: I ordered based on the size guide provided, and they fit at least 1 size too big. View my Body Measurements for size reference. Please note that I am wearing 2.25 in/5.7 cm platform sandals.
Quality: In my opinion, the quality is terrible and unwearable. While I like the softer-feeling, stretchy material, these jeans are atrocious! Firstly, the bleached areas are unappealing-looking and are not placed in fluttering areas. Secondly, the back pockets are too far apart, and one of the pockets is sewn farther away from the center seam than the other. Thirdly, the back seam is both crooked and sewn terribly. You can see two bunched-up sections where the seam wasn’t flattened before sewing. Fourthly, the buttons are REALLY cheaply made. And finally, there are many loose threads and horribly sewn areas. I received two items in one package at my address in North Carolina (United States). The package originated from China, and I received it from a distribution center in the United States. I was provided a tracking number through Yanwen.

- My order shipped on Wed, October 25th
- I received my package on Tuesday, November 7th

Return & Refund Info
I emailed support (service@roselinlin.com) to request a full return on November 12th. My request was approved the next day on November 13th, and I was provided with a prepaid return label. I mailed the package on November 17th via USPS.

I received a full refund of $140.27 (minus the return label fee) in two parts, on November 25th and 26th. I received the complete refund 9 days after I emailed the package. – View Refund Receipt

Responsiveness
They responded to each of my emails within a day and promptly provided the prepaid return label.
Shipping
I received a ‘Delayed Notice For Your Item(s)’ email on November 5th for 3 items in my order. I ended up canceling the 3 items since they took a long time to ship.

- First Email: “…a 40% cash refund for the specified returned item(s) if you decide to keep them.”
- Second email:
- “Keep the items and receive a 55% cash refund of the item(s) selected for the return.”
- “Return for money refund using the attached return label (PDF file). We will deduct a $7.99 return shipping fee.”
- I went with the final option.
Customer Reviews
Roselinlin has a low rating on Trustpilot and Sitejabber. To summarize:
- Delayed Shipping: Orders often take a long time to arrive, sometimes over a month.
